The Embodiment of Language in Parkinson’s Disease

Reminiscing the first kiss or putting the ball into the net are all mental actions which require not only the activity of visuo-perceptual or memory systems but also of the primary motor cortex. How is it possible? Why should motor cortex be active if I’m just dreaming at open eyes with the nose turned up completely frozen on the bed?
